    • Pay $25.00 application fee (non refundable)

    • You will also need to send or have sent:
      • Official high school transcript or GED verification.
        • Be sure the transcript includes ACT or SAT scores - (if test has not been taken, arrange for the ACCUPLACER test with CEU Testing Office 435.613.5325.
      • Any official transcripts from each college or university where you have credits
    • Information and application for international students.
