Determine the transcript deadline for your scholarship application.
At least 2 weeks prior to the transcript deadline:
Get from your school registrar a transcript request form. You will need a parent/guardian signature and may have to pay $1 for each transcript if you are requesting more than two.
One week before the transcript deadline:
Turn in the transcript request to your registrar. They will mail it out for you, but double-check and make sure you give the right address!
