Hand-delivered entries: Fill out and attach an entry form for each piece of artwork entered in the competition.

Work that has been submitted and accepted electronically will need to be mailed or hand-delivered for the exhibition. These works must have a paper entry form/label attached OR the artist’s name, title of the work, medium, year of completion, Name of school, Instructor & grade level, value of the work, and artist’s return address, phone number, and e-mail address PRINTED LEGIBLY on the back of the artwork.

Work may be hand delivered to Gallery East from 11 am to 5 pm on January 10 and 11, 2011. Gallery East is located in the Old Student Activity Center building close to the center of the main CEU campus. Parking is unrestricted on the CEU campus, but you must get a permit from the gallery before you park on the sidewalk in front of the gallery.

The deadline for receiving mailed entries is Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Work delivered by mail will be returned as soon as possible after the closing of the show. Our address is:
