Music
The Department of Music at the College of Eastern Utah is dedicated to providing
students and area residents with opportunities for music study and cultural
enrichment. To those ends, offerings consist of courses, performance ensembles,
and private instruction intended to meet the varying needs and interests of
music majors, general students, and those for whom music is an avocation. In
addition, concerts and recitals by students, faculty, and guests are viewed as
important performance outlets that serve to enhance the artistic life of the
college and community. Music faculty and students also fulfill a significant role
as college ambassadors through their performances and professional involvement.
