Printing services

CEU students are given a printing quota for free printing and photocopying.

This quota contains a pre-defined number of pages to be printed free of charges. Exact quotas depend on the department at which the student is enrolled.

Quota status can be checked on the card reader terminals next to the machines. Once run out of quota, students may purchase further pages at the CEU Cash Desk.

The printing quota is granted for the Academic Year; savings are carried over to the next Academic Year. However, the quota is not transferable for another person, neither can be refunded. In the event of a printer running out of toner, students should withhold their documents from printout and the Helpdesk should be notified immediately.
