NOTE: For your (first) application to be processed, we must receive your application fee payment.
Fee payments to CEU are processed by Flywire. Because Flywire takes several days to process and deliver payments, we recommend that you submit your application with your fee payment 5 to 10 days before the deadline to avoid any issues.

January 2, 2023 (23:59, Central European Time)*

Deadline for applicants to the Master’s in Finance, Master's in Business Analytics and LLM in Global Business Law and Regulation who wish to make use of the Early Bird Promotion (30% tuition discount).

February 1, 2023 (23:59, Central European Time)*

Deadline for applicants to master’s programs who wish to be considered for graduate CEU financial aid (where available). Scholarship application deadline for doctoral programs.
Priority deadline for applicants to bachelor’s programs, including those candidates who wish to be considered for undergraduate CEU financial aid (for more details refer to the undergraduate admissions calendar).
All applications must be complete with relevant standard test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, etc.).

March 15, 2023 (23:59, Central European Time)*

Final application deadline for self-financing master’s applicants who are citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA area and require a study visa. All applications must be complete with applicable standard test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, etc.).

April 15, 2023 (23:59, Central European Time)

Final deadline for self-financing applicants to bachelor’s programs with citizenship or permanent residency in an EU/EEA country. All applications must be complete with applicable standard test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.).

August 15, 2023 (23:59, Central European Time)

Final application deadline for self-financing master’s applicants with citizenship or permanent residency in an EU/EEA country. All applications must be complete with applicable standard test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, etc.). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis (subject to spaces available).

* In several countries, acquiring an Austrian residence permit takes longer than usual (up to 9 months) due to a lengthy document legalization procedure. Therefore, applicants from these countries will, in case of their acceptance, receive deferral of admission to fall 2024 to ensure that they have sufficient time to obtain the necessary documents for the residence permit and study visa. This deferral is automatic (i.e. need not be requested) and mandatory (i.e. cannot be declined without declining the offer itself.)
