Andreas Goldthau, associate professor and head of CEU's Department of Public Policy, won a prestigious Marie-Curie International Outgoing Fellowship (IOF) for a two-year research project on energy innovation, with a focus on shale gas technology. The project will be carried out at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. IOF fellowships enable experienced researchers to conduct high-level research in third countries, and aim to promote the excellence of the European Research Area.
