January 28, 2014

The annual International Cultural Festival was organized by the Student Union Jan. 20-25, marking the 10-year anniversary of the event, and the number of countries represented was the highest in its history. During Saturday's International Bazaar, students representing 35 countries and cultures gathered in the Residence Center. During the afternoon all types of traditional products were presented ranging from typical foods and drinks, to traditional clothing, musical instruments and flags, to figures from national television shows and promotional materials. Students gave lively and colorful performances onstage, performing songs and dances from their home countries. The festivities ended with a great party in the Bambus Bar.
