In order to facilitate effective work and smooth internal communication, the new Provost's office prepared a simple chart detailing the distribution of responsibilities and tasks in the office, and also to whom to turn to for administrative support for each area of activity or category of tasks. The chart can be accessed via o/common/provost/AY2014-2015. If necessary, the chart will be updated based on the feedback received from members of the CEU community.
The new organization of the Provost's office (including reporting and coordination of various units) is outlined in the current CEU organigram and the Senate approved distribution of tasks between the Provost and the Pro-Rector for Social Sciences and Humanities (both available at o/common/provost/AY2014-2015). Both documents were circulated earlier by the Rector's office through email.

The new administrative organization of the university will result in changes regarding technical aspects, such as signature rights. The comprehensive chart with the university officers having signature rights for various types of documents is being revised and will be made available shortly. There will be no change until this revised chart is finalized.
