Bartha on Sunday Closure of Shops in Hungary - Hungarian trade news portal reports: In response to a Financial Times article criticizing the Hungarian government’s recent measure against Sunday opening of shops, researcher in the Center for Policy Studies (CPS) at CEU Attila Bartha stated that from the recent shopping habits of Hungarians it is evident that the new law is against the wishes of the Hungarian people. Furthermore, the enforcement of this law will have an effect on employment, wages and the investor atmosphere in the country.
