Mindfulness Meditation Classes Available

A meditation class is available every Wednesday from 5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. so that members of the CEU community can familiarize themselves  with simple, yet effective stress relief exercises. Participants will learn to access and cultivate their natural capacity to actively engage in caring for themselves and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. Classes are taught by Branko Kovacevic, meditation instructor, and coordinated by the Psychological Counseling Center and the Student Life Office. For more information, join this Facebook group.
