Center for Jewish History in New York City hosted the book launch of Andras Koerner's How they Lived: The Everyday Lives of Hungarian Jews, 1867-1940, took place on February 8 in front of a sold-out audience. Hungarian politician Balint Magyar’s Post-Communist Mafia State, published jointly by CEU Press and Noran Libro, was launched on March 1 at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, DC.
