Karadzic Verdict is a Victory for Civilization

CEU President and Rector and former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor John Shattuck writes in the Boston Globe about the recent conviction of Radovan Karadzic for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide during the Bosnian War. Shattuck was the first international diplomat to reach Srebrenica after the mass murder of over 8,000 Muslims there in 1995.
