The CEU DeStress Week is an annual tradition where several offices from across campus get together to provide fun, stress-free events before students get immersed in assignments, readings and exam preparation.
Come and join us in the stress-free (!) zone at the Octagon.
Various activities, such as stress management workshops, autogenic training, hypnosis workshop, meditation, yoga, massage, a wine-tasting evening and other opportunities will be offered to acquire de-stressing skills for the future.
