CEU Hosts European Public Choice Society Conference
The European Public Choice Society aims at promoting scientific research on the economic and interdisciplinary analysis of non-market decision making processes and institutions, and to facilitate the exchange of work and ideas about it. The 2017 EPCS Annual Conference is taking place at CEU's School of Public Policy April 19-22.
The first keynote speaker is Catherine De Vries, Professor of Politics in the Department of Government at the University of Essex, affiliated Professor at the University of Amsterdam and an associate member of Nuffield College, University of Oxford. The second is Gerard Roland, E. Morris Cox Professor of Economics and Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. The final keynote speaker is Jean-Robert Tyran, Professor of Public Economics at the University of Vienna, Director of the Vienna Center for Experimental Economics, and Dean of the Faculty for 2016–18.
