Ignatieff Elected Honorary Fellow of Oxford’s St Antony’s College

The Governing Body of the University of Oxford’s St Antony’s College has elected CEU President and Rector Michael Ignatieff as its Honorary Fellow on May 3.

„An Honorary Fellowship is the College’s highest honor and is bestowed by the Governing Body in recognition of outstanding achievement in academic and professional life,” writes Professor Margaret MacMillan, Warden of St Antony’s College in a letter notifying president Ignatieff of his election.  Ignatieff is also praised for “all [he] has done in the fields of academia and government, and for [his] contributions to public debate and academic freedom”.
