What's your favorite Hungarian food?
Organic local paprika! Not the powder, but the whole vegetable.
Whose works of art or design have had the greatest impression on you?
My mum’s—she does woodcarvings and figure drawing, but she also does masonry, tiling, upholstery, and sewing (e.g., curtains) turning old structures with little more than a few stones and wood beams into a cozy home.
What's your favorite language, whether you speak it or not?
Italian. It has the auditory capacity for lyrical perspective with humanistic irony.
What's your favorite quote or idiom?
Life is for learning.
What do you like to do best on Sundays?
Which is your favorite building, park, museum, or public spot in Budapest?
That’s a hard question because there are so many magical places in Budapest in a given moment. For example, recently I was walking on Reviczky utca outside of the Fovarosi Szabo Ervin Konyvtar in the evening and was taken by the peaceful tree-lined street and old-style, black lamp posts.
What's your guilty pleasure?
Taking time off from being behind my computer to enjoy a coffee in a cafe with my partner, Zoltan.
What is your favorite or most visited website or blog?
Most visited: CEU Moodle and SharePoint
Name one adventure you'd like to have:
A sailing trip around the Greek islands with my kids!
