The Erasmus+ Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility initiative builds on the experience and success of the Erasmus programmes in the EU and in higher education. The program supports the international exchange of students, academics, ideas and good practice between cooperating institutions.

The program provides funding for visiting lecturer exchanges and professional training abroad for university staff between Erasmus+ Programme countries (in Europe), and Partner countries (outside of Europe).

The mobility is carried out in the framework of prior “inter-institutional agreements” between the sending and receiving institutions.
