The latest addition to the CEU campus, the newly refurbished Panorama Lounge has opened just in time for Budapest’s beautiful spring weather. Up on the 10th floor of the Faculty Tower (Nador u. 9), the Lounge features large panoramic windows, comfortable chairs, and a view of the Basilica. The Lounge also provides direct access to CEU’s rooftop terrace.
“This symbolizes for me our great community—the people who work and study here. More community spaces help our community come together,” said Dean of Students Chrys Margaritidis at the official opening on the Lounge on March 29.
The Panorama Lounge is open to the entire CEU community. It includes space to study, relax and even host small events. Additionally, a community kitchen complete with microwaves and refrigerators provides the option to warm up a home-cooked meal, eat lunch while enjoying the sunshine and share a cup of coffee in a cozy environment.
