George Soros to Receive Highest Honor of City of Vienna

CEU Founder and Honorary Chairman George Soros will be given the Grand Decoration of Honor in Gold for Services to the City of Vienna for his “great commitment to education and human coexistence in Vienna as well as his contribution to the development of Vienna as a scientific and business location.” George Soros will officially receive the honor after the Government of the State of Vienna makes its formal decision on April 9, Michael Ludwig, mayor of the City of Vienna announced.
