On November 16, Central European University's (CEU) Department of Public Policy (DPP) presented the Policy Talk "The Future of Europe in Times of War and Instability". During the discussion, Wolfgang Petritsch (first High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Rainer Münz (former Professor at Humboldt University Berlin and Visiting Professor at DPP) debated the future of Europe and how Europe can and should deal with nearby war and instability.
