With the CEU Student ID card, students have access to: lab and Library computers, Internet, subscribed databases and licensed software on the computers, CEU e-mail service, CEU network drives, printing, copying and scanning services. MA labs are accessible for MA program participants. Departments also provide dedicated PhD labs for their doctoral students.

PhD labs are available non-stop on all days when CEU is not officially closed according to the Academic Calendar https://www.ceu.edu/calendar. All labs are closed on national and public holidays and occasionally for system maintenance (notice will be given in advance). MA labs can be booked for lectures or events, booking information is available posted on the wall next to the labs.
IT colleagues or security guards may ask students to show their CEU ID card for security reasons in the computer labs. Video surveillance is in operation in the labs also for security reasons.
Food is not allowed in the labs. Drinks are only allowed in closed bottles, or in containers with closed lids. Please ensure you maintain the tidiness of the labs, and discard your rubbish in the provided bins.
