Campus Access

Please note that information below contains guidelines for general operations. For special COVID 19 measures related to access the COVID 19 protocol must be followed.

For general information about both campuses please visit this site

CEU ID cards are valid on both the Vienna and Budapest campuses.

All visitors accessing 'non-public' areas of campus must have a Visitor Card. Please provide the Front Desk with the name and arrival of your guest at least one day in advance. CEU community members are requested to meet their guests at the reception desk in the lobby of the building. Visitors to campus using the public space or attending events in the public spaces are not required to have a CEU ID card. However, any open to public events that require access to a 'non-public' area must have a registration list.

Students, faculty and staff or visitors to the campus must show their identification cards or their visitors' passes upon request.

Disability Access

Throughout the campus, access is provided for those with mobility impairments along with designated washrooms.

Accessible and inclusive facilities

CEU aims to provide an environment in which there is convenient access to facilities for persons with disabilities and inclusive spaces for all members of our community.

Students with disabilities should visit the Dean of Students website for more information about assistance and policies. The policy about Students with Disabilities is available here. You can find information on CEU's Equal Opportunity measures here.

Employees with disabilities should contact HRO (hro@ceu.edu).

Community members with special needs preventing them from using the escape routes/stairs should inform their Department/Unit Head and the Facilities Management at campusnot@ceu.edu to create a personalized emergency plan.
