Space Booking/Usage
If you have specific questions about booking spaces or equipment, please check this site or contact the Event and Space Management Team (esm@ceu.edu).
Students must liaise via their Department or the Student Leadership and Engagement Office to reserve space on CEU premises. Library Collaboration Rooms can be booked directly through the Library's online system.
Furniture i.e. tables and chairs should not be taken out from classrooms.
In case of ad-hoc setup arrangements, by the end of the class/event tables and chairs should be returned to their original positions, so the following class could take place uninterrupted.
Booking Touchdown Consultation rooms at Vienna Campus

Touchdown consultation rooms are located on the ground floor. Their primary usage is for those colleagues who are commuting on an irregular basis or for colleagues working in shared offices who require quiet space or ad hoc meeting space. Touchdown consultation rooms are marked on the office allocation plan uploaded to the OneCEU SharePoint site.
