Central European University (CEU) is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the Facility Management team in Vienna. The successful candidate will perform the tasks outlined below.

 

Your duties and responsibilities: 

  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Handling the common Facility email account, answering and forwarding emails
  • Cooperating with other units
  • Issuing ID cards
  • Distributing office supplies
  • Registering office supply inflow and outflow
  • Reporting on office supply inventory
  • Participation in fire protection and prevention tasks

 

Your skills and qualifications: 

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position with similar tasks
  • Language skills: advanced level in English (B1 level, or above)
  • Agile, quick and reliable person with good communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel and Word on an experienced user level; Power Point on a basic level

We offer a competitive salary starting from gross 17.050 EUR/year for this 20 hours/week position. A higher salary is possible if warranted by the candidate’s working experience.
