The Budget and Finance Office (BFO) at Central European University (CEU) invites applications for a Financial Assistant position.

The initial contract is for a one year with the possibility of renewal.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reviewing incoming invoices, receipts, forms and supporting documents
  • Scanning and registering incoming invoices, receipts, forms and supporting documents in SAP
  • Keeping daily contact with the departments and units of the University
  • Maintaining data in SAP

 Qualifications and Skills:

  •  University or college degree in the field of Administration
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to focus on the customer and build excellent relationships
  • Hard working personality, flexibility
  • Able to work individually and in teams
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical and proactive approach

Advantage:

  • SAP experience
