Kahanec Joins Economists Signing European Labor Manifesto

Associate Professor Martin Kahanec of the Department of Public Policy and labor economists from 10 EU countries signed "Working Without Borders: A Manifesto for Europe's Future" as a counterpoint to the prevailing pessimism about Europe and the growing opposition against free labor mobility within Europe, calling for a future-oriented agenda for a genuine European labor market without borders.
