Tell us about yourself.
Prior to joining the CEU community, I studied International Relations: Politics and History in Germany at Jacobs University Bremen. I must say the transition was very smooth since these two academic institutions are quite similar in terms of diversity and high-quality education.
Why do you enjoy participating in CEU’s Student Recruitment Internship Program?
I enjoy taking part in this internship because it expands my first-hand knowledge of and experience in recruiting students. As an undergraduate student, I also worked with the undergraduate admissions office and I loved it! I wanted to continue doing the same thing for CEU because I really take pleasure in welcoming new potential students and assisting them with whatever they need to further facilitate their application process.
What makes CEU special for you?
CEU has become a very special place to me; it is now my home. CEU’s diverse community has made it very easy for me to find and create my own small family. The teaching methodology at CEU is also what I have been looking for in a graduate school; learning beyond theory and working on practical projects.
