European Certificate Programs

As part of the implementation of CEU2025, the University is partnering with other universities over the coming years to deliver new certificate programs.

European Transnational Governance Network (ETGN)

ETGN is a training and development partnership among eight prestigious European academic and research institutions – including CEU – that offers transnational perspectives on governance issues in the 21st century. The partnership's mission is to provide mid-career and senior professionals with a unique opportunity to deepen and extend their public policy knowledge and competencies in relation to European and Transnational Governance.

ETGN develops innovative, interactive and impactful executive education training initiatives, leveraging the comparative advantages of the academic curricula of the participating institutions. The training sessions are strongly oriented towards civic service to include civil society and private sector organizations across the world.

Founded in 2018, ETGN partner institutions share knowledge and competencies and deliver collaborative executive education, providing participants with the opportunity to receive valuable ETGN certification.
