CMDS Fellow, CEU Alumnus Kounalakis Appointed to U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy

Markos Kounalakis, fellow at CEU's Center for Media, Data and Society who received his PhD from CEU in International Relations in June 2016, was appointed a member of the U.S. Advisory Commision on Public Diplomacy by U.S. President Barack Obama.
