CEU students visited a local animal shelter in Budapest December 2, volunteering their time to support animal welfare. They were introduced to the animals and given a brief history of the shelter and how it helps the animals. They had the chance to spend some quality time with the dogs, showing them some much-needed love and taking them for a long walk in the fresh air. Given the limited supply of food for the animals, the students were happy to bring some supplies.
Nearly 200 members of the CEU community – students and alumni, faculty and staff – came together this month to learn just how sweet fundraising for good causes can be.
