Based on a highly successful inaugural year, CEU Business School has announced that it offers a second round of Entrepreneurship Fellowships to support entrepreneurs enrolling in September 2015. This action reflects the School's commitment to sophisticated professional development of high-potential budding entrepreneurs, especially in the CEE region and emerging economies of the world.

Co-authored and edited by Professor Peter Hardi of CEU Business School, who also directs the Center for Integrity and Business and Government, and Associate Professor. Davide Torsello of CEU Business School, the goal of this book is to promote a fruitful interdisciplinary dialogue on complex themes such as integrity and corruption in business and politics. The book investigates possible ways in which corruption and integrity apply to everyday practices, ideas and ideologies, and avoids the stigmatizations and oversimplifications that often plague these fields of research.

The Hungarian edition of Forbes magazine named CEU alumna Borbala Czako, global partner at Ernst & Young, one of the 50 most influential women in business in Hungary. Czako earned an MBA from CEU Business School in 1990, and won CEU’s 20th Anniversary Alumni Hero award in 2011.

Akbar, associate professor at CEU Business School and CEU Business School alumnus Rustam Jamilov. The book includes contributions from Paul Marer, professor of business at the school.

Laszlo Torok (BUS’08), CEO of Grundfos Magyarorszag Gyarto Kft in Tatabanya, Hungary, was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Hungarian National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (NAEE). Upon receiving his mechanical engineering degree, Torok further specialized in design for manufacturing and assembly training. After 10 years of on-hand engineering and managerial experience, he continued his studies at CEU Business School and Purdue University in the IMM Global MBA program.

CEU Business School and the Department of Economics, in cooperation with IBM, is launching a new Master of Science program in Business Analytics. In development for over two years, the state-of-the-art one-year program will commence in September 2015.
The cross-disciplinary MS in Business Analytics aims to develop the skills and competencies needed for creating value in a business setting from data analysis.
