Hungarian daily Magyar Idok reports: On Oct. 18 the Hungarian Cultural Centre in Paris organized an evening of literature and music to commemorate the 1700th anniversary of the birth of Saint Martin, and the fact that the French translation of his biography had recently been published in France. The book was introduced by Marianne Saghy, associate professor of CEU’s Medieval Studies Department.

Architecture and design magazine Octogon has published a 68-page special edition about CEU’s new buildings at Nador 13 and 15. The bilingual (Hungarian-English) publication includes stunning professional photos of the building as it was being built and of the completed spaces, as well as portraits of the workers by photographer Daniel Vegel.
