The Building Maintenance Group provides daily maintenance services to all CEU rented and owned premises. The Buildings include educational and research facilities, offices, student and researcher accommodation and archive facilities overall approximately 60,000 sqm of facilities. The most important activities that belong to the group are the following:
- Overall maintenance of CEU facilities
- Ensuring proper mechanical conditions and operability of the mechanical systems
- Securing operational safety
- Managing the security and cleaning of the university’s buildings
