The Environmental Systems Laboratory is located at the CEU Residence and Conference Center. The Laboratory aims at modeling of environmental and social systems using various software packages. Special attention is paid to cartography and application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to environmental analysis and management. The Laboratory also hosts the vast Environmental Collection of data and publications on ecosystem changes in the region.
